- Why each product matters for health and wellness
- My personal experience with each recommendation
- Which items are HSA/FSA eligible
- The best Black Friday deals and exclusive discounts

Plus, I’m sharing which products I personally use daily and why they’ve become non-negotiables in my clean living journey.
8 Non-Toxic Wellness Gifts
I’m somebody who wants to buy quality things that last me a really long time and are sustainable, and that means those things usually cost more money. I love a good deal, which means I’m a sucker for Black Friday deals. I take advantage of those sales to get the things that I want. These are the top non-toxic wellness gifts on my list for my loved ones!
1. Red Light Device
This is such a great gift for anyone and there are a lot of reasons to love red light therapy:
- Supports skin health
- Helps with energy
- Boosts overall wellness
- Reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Improves eyesight
- Increases collagen production
- Reduces pain
- Supports thyroid function
During the holiday season, they go on sale. LUMEBOX is one of my favorite companies to work with in red light devices and they always have a great Black Friday deal. Boncharge is another company that has full-panel red lights, small red lights, and the face mask red light. It’s a company I trust. Both of these companies are HSA eligible, so if you have a health savings account, you might be able to get reimbursed for your purchase.
2. PFAS-Free Cooking Appliances
PFAS-free air fryers, ovens, and cooking pans are amazing gifts. Avoiding toxic nonstick pans (anything with Teflon) is so important for your health. There is a lot of greenwashing out there.
Our Place makes my favorite 6 in one wonder oven air fryer and non-stick, non-coating pan: The Titanium Always pan. Our Place has Black Friday deals on their products throughout November. Caraway is another company that makes PFAS-free coated cookware. 360 Stainless Steel is also an amazing company where you can get everything stainless steel. Those are three companies that make good toxin-free cookware for the kitchen that makes great gifts.
3. 100% Botanical, Clean Perfume
Fragrance perfumes are one of the main sources of endocrine disruptors, hormone disruptors, and reproductive toxins. Finding beautiful, clean, botanical fragrance perfumes is actually really hard. One company I love is ESAS Beauty (WENDY20 gets you 20% off). I had the founders on my podcast talking about why they left the big fragrance industry and started ESAS Beauty. Their products are 100% clean, beautiful, and high-end. These are my top five favorite non-toxic perfumes!
4. Pranamat Acupressure Mat
I know this sounds weird to buy as a gift but hear me out. I got mine for the first time about six months ago when I was struggling with a shoulder injury that never healed. Now I can’t live without it. Pranamat acupressure mats are amazing for muscle tension relief, supporting your body during injury, nervous system regulation, relaxation, and improved sleep. Highly recommend!
5. Synthetic-Free Bedding and Sheets
Good quality sheets should last you decades. Nobody should sleep on synthetically made plastic sheets dyed in toxic petroleum drive dyes. Unfortunately, that’s the vast majority of sheets on the market. I interviewed the owner of AIZOME, which makes regenerative, organic cotton sheets dyed with plant-based indigo. It’s literally going to change your life. Get yourself an amazing pair of organic cotton sheets, ideally plant-dyed. AIZOME is my favorite, but there are a lot of other companies out there like Under the Canopy, Pact & Coyuchi.
6. Toxin-Free Home Fragrance
Candles and room sprays are simple, easy gifts. You can often find these at good prices. Bath and Body Works sells the most toxin-filled products. Don’t go for the cheap stuff. Invest in toxin-free wellness gifts from companies like Fontana, Natural Sloth, Woodwater Candle Company, Slow North, and Happy Wax. You can find discount links on my Toxin Free Home Fragrance page.
A diffuser is a wonderful gift, too. The Aria from Young Living is the queen of diffusers that you see all over social media. It’s wood and glass and makes the perfect gift. You can get the Aria with a bundle of 12 essential oils for a steal (use code SHAREYL for 10% off your first order). Young Living has regenerative, organic essential oils. I walked to the owner in episode 76 about the healing power of regenerative farming in the botanical sense.
7. Organic Cotton Robe
Organic cotton robes or towels are easy wellness gifts. When you get out of the shower and put on a robe, you want to know you aren’t putting something on that isn’t synthetic or made out of plastic or polyester. You’re wrapping yourself in a toxin-free hug! Coyuchi makes my favorites!
8. Stainless Steel Coffee Maker and Mold-Free Coffee
People love their coffee! Traditional coffee has a lot of toxin issues. When you make coffee in plastic, those chemicals in the plastic leach into your coffee when it’s being heated. Then when you drink hot coffee out of something that was made out of plastic, you’re drinking those microplastics, too. Multiple companies make great stainless steel options. They’re a beautiful statement piece for your kitchen. LUXHAUS makes my favorite one. Then you can pair the coffee maker with toxin-free coffee. I talked about mold and mycotoxins in coffee in episode 43. Not a coffee fan? There are great toxin-free tea gift options, too!
Those are my top eight toxin-free gift ideas for a healthier, more eco-conscious holiday season. Each one of these wellness gifts aligns with my ethics and my morals. They help people reduce toxins and prioritize their health. When you’re giving a gift, it can be more meaningful because you’re supporting their clean lifestyle.
