SaunaSpace uses incandescent full spectrum glass bulbs that include the far infrared spectrum that gives off warmth. The same bulbs used in their infrared sauna are also used in their panels and single lights.  Think of the SaunaSpace bulbs like a piano with all the keys available to play.   

Fringe & LUMEBOX both use targeted LED lights.  Think of them as having the 2 most important (and most studied) keys on the piano  ~ 660nm (red) and ~850nm (near-infrared).   I personally consider LED devices to be more “targeted,” which makes them efficient for focused treatments, like for the the skin (like a face mask) and muscle pain and healing (like a wrap).  LUMEBOX is great for travel and the little box allows you to target it to any spot on your body.

I own them all and use them for different reasons and you can find interviews with the founders of both SaunaSpace & Fringe on my podcast.  My SaunaSpace bulbs and infrared sauna are a staple in my house and I use them daily.  My Glow Light does double duty as my morning and evening home lighting.  I love my Fringe face mask and use the blue light to reduce old acne scars.  I also loooove my fringe wrapped around my belly for period cramps.  I travel with my LUMEBOX because it's so convenient and portable.
