But, quality really does matter, not all red lights are equal and with so much information on the internet, it's hard to know what it is true. There is nothing that compares to this and I don't say that lightly. These are 250W incandescent FireLight® bulbs that emits a broad, natural spectrum (550 – 3000+ nm), which basically means it covers near-, mid-, and far-infrared. That far infrared means the bulbs give off warmth. You get the full benefit of deep, radiant heat and red light therapy all at once. It's the red light holy grail for your cells, mitochondria, circulation, and detox systems. These lights double as my home lighting when it's dark in the morning and in the evening when the sun isn't out.

The devices in the section below all have both ~ 660nm (red) and ~850nm (near-infrared) and use LED lights. Think of the Sauna Space like a piano with all the keys to play and these as having 2 of the most important keys that play over and over. These devices are considered more “targeted,” which makes them efficient for focused treatment of skin, muscle, or joints. While they may not offer the full healing spectrum of a Glow Light, they still deliver excellent therapeutic benefits. These devices do not give off warmth.

The Tri Light Pad, specifically, has three frequencies per light, covering a broader spectrum of red light than other LED devices.
