Full transparency: I don't use mouthwash with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. I think it imbalances your mouth's microbiome. I like this option because it has Hydroxyapatite to help support enamel, xylitol for additional anti cavity protection and calcium carbonate for remineralization. Kids really enjoy the sweet orange and the mint is more for adults. Both use essential oils for flavoring.
